I bought this item for my garage Crossfit gym. Its a good value for the price. It was easy to assemble. The photo does not show the rack at full extension, but it does extend higher for back squats, front squats, and shoulder presses. I also bought a flat bench to go along with this item for bench pressing. Just be sure to brace the squat rack against a wall or something sturdy to prevent it from sliding back when racking the weight on the bench press. The only modification I made to this rack was to pad the hooks to prevent scratching of my olympic bar. The hooks are somewhat small and I would prefer higher backstops on them, but they work fine as is. I'm happy with this purchase and would recommend it for home gym use.
