I am 6'3" and 200 lbs and my wife is 5'8" and 136 lbs and we both love it! We are using it as preventive maintenance for our back and to help with our ankle & knee joints. It does take a bit to get use to it and I would recommend starting off with a second person as a "spotter". The ankle supports are very good and secure and the entire piece of equipment feels very strong and secure. We have our unit set-up in a small bedroom on an area rug over the hardwood floors.

Installation was much easier with two people and it will help to have a metric ruler or tape measure to identify the proper bolts. The manual is surprisingly good and I would refer to the picture of the unit on the cover to help orientating the Bed Frame/Pivot Arms into their channels (Step 4)...that was the only "problem" area for me. I did use my own tools, as the included ones were typical for this type of product.

We leave our unit out and available all the time but you can fold it by removing two screws and lifting off the Bed Frame. This is by no means super convenient but it is possible to fold and store the unit. I suppose you could leave the Pivot Arm Reinforcement Plates off to speed up this process but they are there for a reason.
