Ordered "New" Bowflex from Amazon end of Dec. When we started to assemble it after holidays, we noticed a part missing--Lat-Pull-down. I called Customer Service several days ago. They indicated they could not send only the part,but would re-issue another Bowflex & I would return this one.
I do not see anything in "My Orders" nor do I have any e-mails with an update.
I am extremely dissatisfied & feel that I am stuck with this expensive item. I would like to get it resolved.
