I attend a gym regularly and actually purchased this item to be able to do my ab workouts in the morning when I wake up. I shopped around for prices and although this was a great product for the price it was being sold at (and assembly was very easy!)it was not what I expected. It was described as "adjustable", I assumed this meant that the degree of the slant was able to be adjusted, but this was not the case. The only part of the bench that could be adjusted was the placement of the ankle car/cushions. Regardless of the feature that I wanted, but was not available it's sturdy, it's comfortable, and it's a good buy...if you need something at home this is an awesome buy
