I love this rack. I just got it. It took me a while to set up, about an hour. I repositioned the horizontal slats on the top rack to face each other so that they would hold my weighted balls. This rack is just the right size and very solid. Mine turned out a little crooked because I think I tighted a few of the racks to much so I had to redo it a couple of times which probably added to the set up time. If you can get help to put this together you'd probably do a better job putting it together than I did. For those you deciding wether or not to buy a rack with weights or an adjustable bowflex select tech system. I would have to agree with the other poster if you have the space I like this better. I found the bowflex clumsy, large, and awkward and not so great for certain excersizes, . .like the lying cross body tricep extension. Also if you can go to a store that sells the bowflex select tech and try them out. They don't seem that well made more plastic components than I would have expected. I bought the rubber coated dumbells in the picture I posted here on Amazon. Great price (esp. if you have Amazon Prime I got free 2 day shipping). This rack is wonderful for the price, easy to set up, and well worth the investment to your health. Sweat on everybody!!
